Lee Evans returns to his role as the Bills' No. 1 receiver. His seven TDs last season were the most for him since 2006 with Terrell Owens gone.
Except for the TDs, Evans had a poor 2009 season. Many thought he would flourish with T.O. on the other side, taking away double teams, but he just didn't look the ball very much. It doesn't help him this season that the Bills offense will be one of the NFL's worse.
Evans is a No. 1 receiver on an NFL team and that counts for something. With James Hardy and Roscoe Parrish the other targets,for the Bills QB to Evans will be the focus, whoever that is. With an ADP of 115, I would even wait a little longer to pick him up. If someone wants to take him because of his name recognition, let them do it because he is depth on your fantasy bench at this point. Definitely worthy of a roster spot, but not a starting WR or flex spot.
